Quality Awards for the Falcondale
South Western Regional Winners for the Best Western quality assurance on achieving maximum points in their minimum standards assessment.
We are delighted to be awarded a second AA rosette for the year 2007/08. Once again we have improved on our standards and retained comfortably our 4 Star WTB grading and AA 3 Star. As a result of our AA inspection we are pleased to gain a connoisseur rating from Best Western, one of only a handful in Wales.
Continuing Improvements
Refurbishment of areas are still on-going. The Valley Restaurant
has just been uplifted with a new colour scheme, and brighter
fixtures and fittings installed that are in keeping with the
heritage of the mansion.
The next area to benefit will be the lounge. New fabric has been
chosen to re-cover the existing chairs along with new curtains.
